  We’ve been seeing dr. Sawrie and his AMAZING STAFF for going on 4 years now. There’s no way I could be more satisfied with the patience, grace and care we have received. My daughter was a “basic” case of braces which l we did in stages and wow her smile is absolutely stunning! Our son was a bit more complicated the last apt we had prior to going to sawrie orthodontics talked about tooth extraction, pallet expanders and other surgeries..it’s just not something I was willing to settle for! We went into their office felt right at home they reassured us everything that needed to be done for him could be done with the proper plan and care! We had already put full trust in their office with our daughter so we dove in..our boy just recently had his braces removed and his treatment is complete no surgery, no extraction and normal routine orthodontic care. Not only is their care exceptional but so is the staff! I’m a mom and a full time business owner /operator always having grace when I’d forget an apt or maybe a payment (life) I highly recommend Sawrie orthodontics! Amazing experience! 10/10 recommend!

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sawrie and his entire staff! From the moment we walk in, everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Jana took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The front desk employees are incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions.We have had such a positive experience and are so thankful for the excellent care we’ve received.

  Dr. Sawrie is nice and does a good job but his office manager, Jana, is truly horrible. I had called the office and discussed a billing issue with someone and got it resolved. At the next appointment, Jana was at the front desk and said that the resolution wasn't noted anywhere in my daughter's chart. (She never looked down at the computer when she said this.) When I asked for the name of the person I spoke to, she said that there was no way to find that because they don't keep a record of calls. She also claimed that she is the office manager AND the only person who answers billing calls, which I'm positive is a blatant lie because the person I spoke to over the phone had a much heavier southern accent and a different tone of voice. She insisted that I must've spoken to someone at OrthoFi. OrthoFi had nothing about me calling in and Jana continued to gaslight me. I sent the office an email addressed to Dr. Sawrie but guess who replied. Because of her hostility and dishonesty, my daughter and I decided to have her braces removed. They'd been on for more than double the amount of time we were told and her teeth looked great anyways. During that last appointment, Dr. Sawrie seemed completely unaware of what had happened, so I have a feeling Jana conveniently lost that email from me. She'll probably be the one who replies to this review with even more gaslighting.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sawrie and his staff. Our daughter has a complicated mouth, and he has been incredibly patient and conservative in our treatment to take the best care of her and to make sure that she ends up with the most beautiful smile. Dr. Sawrie also treated me with Spark aligners, as my teeth had shifted quite a bit since having braces as a teen. It was such a straightforward and easy process. I LOVE my results! Thank you Dr. Sawrie and all of your wonderful staff. We are so grateful for you all!

  Really great place to get your smile fixed up. All 3 of my kids go here and we have always been impressed. From the doctors care, to the assistants help and knowledge, to the administrators up front who are always very well organized and a delight to deal with every time I call or when im in the office. Thanks a bunch to you're entire staff at the Gunbarrel location ! Quality, Price, attitude, and attention to detail is primo!
