RHA Health Services provides a broad range of services and supports for adults with disabilities in TN. Through the TennCare CHOICES program, we also provide services for adults with physical disabilities and elderly individuals. Our IDD services offer a person-centered approach built around individualized planning and understanding to help people live their best lives through sustaining meaningful community connections and reaching personal goals.
Our residential services in Tennessee include Supported and Independent Living, Family-Model, ECF CHOICES, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and Respite. We also provide day and employment supports and personal care, attendant care and respite services through the TennCare CHOICES program.
