The person I spoke with came across as rude, rushed, and unwelcoming, which left me feeling uncomfortable about coming in. After reading similar reviews from other patients, I’m concerned this may be an ongoing issue. I believe it would be beneficial to address the front desk experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact patient comfort and trust. At this point, I’m considering canceling my appointment because of this experience.

- HMHaleigh McVeyMay 19, 20262.0I agree with the reviews that the doctor is great, but some of the other employees could work on there interpersonal skills. I have been going to this place for years, but had some issues recently. After receiving my newest pair of glasses, I noticed that something didn't seem right. At first I thought I just needed to get used to the adjusted prescription, but eventually realized that I was seeing the reflection of my eye because the anti-reflection that I paid nearly $100 for was not applied to my lenses. When I called about this, they (rudely) said that I needed to make a special trip in to confirm that the glasses were not anti-reflective. Once I was able to make the trip in, it took all of 2 seconds for them to see that I was telling the truth, and I was told it would take a week for new lenses to come in. After a week and a half wait, I had to make yet another special trip to come in and sit for 30 minutes while my glasses were fixed and everyone in the office said the least amount of words to me as they could and acted as if I was a nuisance.
