  Great experience I will refer my friends and family. The showroom is clean, organized and Rachel did a fantastic job helping me find and purchase all the items I needed! I want a lift chair for myself, so comfy!

  I know they will comment back about their return policy, but let me give you our experience. We purchased a transport chair. The Recipt says 7 days return EXEPT for personal use. Another customer was informed 3 times that their item was personal use, we were never told the chair was non returnable. We took the chair and had my eldery parents try to sit in it. The bars under the seat dig in very soon after sitting in the chair. In my 20 + years in the medical feild I have never had a chair do this. I brought it back 48 hrs after purchase and explained the defect. I was told it is not defective and they would sell me a $50 cushion. Yeh, I will pass. Now my parents on a fixed income have a chair they can't use and can't get their money back. This should not be how our elders are treated. They say if the package is open you can't return it, every mobilobility device in the store is open, therefore NONE of them are returnable. This review only serves to warn other exhausted care takers to look elsewhere.

  Dale provided excellent customer service. Professional, patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful not only to me but too every customer that walked through the door. Definitely exemplified "valued" customer service attributes.
