  Excluding the front desk, everyone has been very pleasant and seems concerned with the patients. I'd assume the front desk issue relates to the volume of check-ins/out and Fielding calls. The idea/process of NOT scheduling follow-up appointments but rather telling the patient when to call and make an appointment is absurd.

  Do not come here for help with mental illness. This doctors themselves are nice and good but the rest of the staff, the organization, the entire rest of the facility and process involved is utterly irresponsible, difficult, and uncommunicative. They will not return calls, they will let you run out of meds and not return your calls to schedule and appointment to get them refilled, etc. I hope the good doctors here leave and find another practice before their reputations and careers are ruined.
