From now on, this is the only place I will buy eyeglasses in Chattanooga. After wearing contacts 90% of the time for most of my life, I recently needed to start wearing glasses more often. I now have the best fitting eyeglasses one could ever imagine.

I have worn glasses since I was 7 years old, and started using LensCrafters probably when I was in my early 20’s. I am 58 years old now. I have had 2 pairs of Burberry frames from LensCrafters in the past 10 years or so and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. My latest pair of my regular glasses that I bought a little over 3 years ago, broke right in the middle earlier this week and I don’t have a back-up pair. No harm to lenses. (Lesson learned….I will get a back-up pair). I am leaving for a conference for several days and had no idea what I was going to do. I ordered Burberry replacement frames online expedited and got them delivered today (2 days before I leave for conference). I went to LensCrafters Northgate with broken frames in hand, begging for help to get my lenses put in the new frames. Without hesitation, David said he would take care of it. He had me back up and running within 10 minutes. LensCrafters will always be my eyewear place! David, you’re a lifesaver! Thank you so much!
