- WDWendy Dowda3 days ago5.0Both the doctor and medical staff were super friendly and EXCEPTIONALLY PATIENT. I witnessed this diligent customer service attitude today when another patient was...for lack of a better word...persistent with a specific insurance issue. This patient was almost unbearable as he almost demanded to get clarity on something that was so obviously an insurance company decision (or so it seemed), which he was very unhappy with. However, the more he pushed and prodded, the more pleasant the staff became. I will for sure return for my next exam when the time comes! I realize this is not an issue I was involved in. However, I wanted readers to understand the full magnitude of how pleasant the doctor and staff were today. :)

Dr. Patterson was very professional and explained the whole process to me and put me in new contacts that really improved my vision I definitely recommend going to Dr. Carlson & Associates for quality eye exams that was very detailed and no dilation of my eyes the digital imaging was so much better !!

They helped me get a wheel chair for my husband and helped him with his vision test while he was so weak, as he is in hospice care. They all never skipped a beat -- and helped me (his wife) -- to make sure that all went well. They are truly truly the best and most professional eye place that we've ever experienced in my husband's and my 60 years of marriage together. Thank you so very much!
