  If it's possible to have a lower rating I'd give it. This agency should actually be closed down for neglect! Nothing against the care providers themselves but the administration staff is completely inept. They lie about being able to provide services, lie saying the caregiver 'just quit', lie that coverage was scheduled when the on-call service tells you that you were not on the schedule. They do not comply with calling the family to advise when help is not going to showing up. Unless you are completely on top of monitoring that they show up your loved one will be neglected. They average about 40% no shows!! When you call after hours (5 PM M-F, Weekends, Holidays) you get an answering service located across the country that has no idea what is going on and can only tell you that they will send an e-mail to the office and they will get back to you! Very frustrating when your family member is in need of help.

  Switched company’s because the others we couldn’t ever depend on an aide to show up, now this company is the same. No telling from day to day if you’re going to have an aide and the ones that have shown up physically can’t do the job. You call to try to contact someone an can never get an answer. Definitely NOT dependable!
