How do I get my free fitting?

It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.

I received excellent service from staff and all my follow up services. I am very happy with my insoles that have made a Hugh difference in my life. I was unable to go to grocery store and shop without getting in so much back pain that I would have to leave sometimes without finishing or I would be in the bed for the next two days. I can now go and shop without pain. I still have some back pain but I can now walk without crying. Yes they cost but the relief I have gotten is priceless. They are replaced for life. I have had mine a year and half and had 2 replacements. Thank you Good Feet

Pat was very helpful and caring. Exceptional customer service. I got family plan for myself and mother in law and we are looking forward to many happy memories together walking, gardening and spending quality time together. This is day 3 and I feel an improvement in my feet. The entire fitting process was thorough and the sales lady made sure what we were feeling when we were being fitted and testing them. We went to the store in Bristol and met with Bradley. He did a very good job listening, testing and explaining each step to us. He helped us feel very comfortable with the whole process...from the time we walked in the door...including training in the proper use of each type of arch support. We left with everything we need to make this venture successful for our body. (Including a way to reach Bradley for any help or explanations we may need) We are very encouraged that this will help us put our best foot forward.

I've heard all the ads and commercials. I had a recent injury to reoccurring plantar fasciitis...it was excruciating, I couldn't put Any weight on my left foot. Got an Xray, not broken,Tried a steroid pak, worthless. Couldn't sleep at night. That was the last straw. Went to the store in Bristol. The salesperson was Bradley, he hit all the sales words, very polite..But I was desperate. He explained it all to me. It was amazing, I hobbled in there on my tippy toes, Not being able to walk properly..I left about an hour later, walking on 2 feet. The pain relief was worth the price Tag. I was able to drive without constant pain and I slept 99% better, than the past 2 weeks. Only reason it's not a 5 star...is that they weren't free...or even cheap...* I rarely/never give 5 stars...4.5 for great Not gonna lie, They're pricey, But I was able to get back to an almost normal life. I'm very appreciative.. my only question is how long my feet and legs will last like this,,,hopefully for ever, time will tell.
