  Sam was the absolute best she made me feel so welcome. I’ve very new to this but it honestly was so amazing. I’m so glad we have somtbing like this around here now.

  I am so very impressed with Pure Barre. The studio is physically beautiful, the teachers and staff are warm and welcoming. The classes are very challenging, but I feel stronger every time I go. It’s high energy, instructions are clear, teachers are on head mic’s so they are easy to hear. This is very valuable to me because I am hearing impaired. I have been involved in exercise most of my life but at almost 73 years young, Pure Barre is BY FAR the best most effective workout I have ever done.

  From my first class at a pop-up at Steele Creek Mother’s Day weekend to the studio to classes most days of the week, I’ve truly enjoyed seeing the transition in myself as well as the studio. I have dabbled in exercising over my lifetime, but feel that I’ve found something I truly love. It is challenging and tough, but so rewarding! Although Jenn and Andrea are probably whose classes I’ve most attended and are my favorites, I love every instructor and like that they each have their own strengths no matter the time of day and I leave each class feeling accomplished! As the great philosopher Toby Keith once said, “I love this Barre.” Or at least that’s how I sing it now!

  I recently joined as a founding member expecting a high-end, focused workout environment, but the studio conditions have been really disappointing. During my classes, the space reeked heavily of fresh paint fumes from ongoing painting while workouts were being conducted. Additionally, there were multiple safety and liability issues on the active studio floor, including toddlers on tablets with snacks, kids retrieving toys mid-class, and children in the active workout space. While the instructors are nice, the lack of basic studio boundaries, non-enforced safety policies, and unfinished facility conditions make it impossible to get the premium experience you pay for. Management did process my membership cancellation quickly when brought to their attention, but the overall operational standards need significant improvement. I do not recommend. Reply to Response from owner: Framing basic policy violations as 'community' doesn't change the reality. For premium prices, members deserve a professional environment, not having to step over toddlers, toys, and snack bowls blocking the exit and cubby areas after a workout. Also, framing the painting as a "minor touch up" whenever the ladies next to me were also commenting on the smell, shows your lack of concern for customers. If you weren't ready to open, you shouldn't have opened. It's really as simple as that.
