  Second waiting room was not good. People sitting on opposite sides of room were talking to each other. Everyone was forced to listen. They were talking very loudly since they weren’t sitting beside each other. I have no problem with people talking to each other, just sit beside each other. The whole room could hear the conversation.

  After suffering 2 months with eye pain cloudy vision light sensitivity and seeing four other doctors Dr. Cook came to my rescue and solved every problem I was experiencing in the course of a week. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did.

  Everyone at Mountain Empire Eye Physicians from the receptionist to the surgeon made me feel welcome and informed. Any and all questions were addressed before and after surgery. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. My surgery was as painless as possible and even the follow up was amazing. I fully recommend Mountain Empire Eye Physicians for anyone’s eye care.

  Today was my first visit at Mountain Empire Eye Physicians. I felt very welcome as soon as I came in the door. Everyone that took care of me was very professional and kind! Dr. Hicks took time to explain everything to me. I will definitely recommend this facility to others!

  The staff really do their best to take care of you at Mountain Empire Eye Physicians. The Techs are well trained and very good at their job(s) and while the doctors are also very good at their jobs, the docs don't make you feel they are walking on water around you.... in other words, they listen to you and really seem to care.
