  I was pleased to find the vitamin B2 that I couldn't find anywhere else. But I was not pleased that the young man at the counter misled me. He asked if I wanted $5 off, and if I did would I give him my contact information. I thought, I hardly ever shop a GNC, but why not? He rang me up, but there was no $5 off. No, I have credit for $5 for the next time I shop at GNC. Let the buyer beware.

  Purchased four cases of Ghost Energy for the store in Bristol. During the shipping process 6 of the cans were damaged. That’s to be expected, no biggie. I called the store to see if I needed to bring the full cases or just the damaged drinks. I was told just the drinks. I show up and the manager says I need to bring the full cases. I live at least 45 minutes away. The response from the manger was that he drives 45 minutes everyday. He also didn’t understand why I would be upset. I tried to explain to him that I’ve been in customer service my whole life. The only thing he could think was why am I giving him a hard time. There were zero critical thinking skills. I said what if I just purchase a case and then exchange the good ones for the damaged but he said that wouldn’t work. At some point you have to bend a little to help the customer that was instructed incorrectly. Human error happens and I understand that fully. Just throwing your hands up and not trying is wrong.

  I don’t usually write reviews but my man Connor at the cashier station was an absolute legend. Hooked me up with everything i needed and answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. Even hooked me up with a nice discount. Very pleased.

  Very unclean store. I felt filthy in there. And the guy working the register was highly rude. I will be ordering my vitamins online from here on out.

  Went in and wanted to get some protein powder, and was disappointed in how nasty the store was. Management really needs to clean.
