Hi, my name is Paula Sammons. I am a temporary licensed therapist. I have a MA from Liberty University in Marriage and Family therapy that I received in 2021. I opened a practice in Knoxville last spring and I am now expanding to the tricity area. I enjoy working with individuals ages 15 and up, couples, and family units. I take a holistic approach to therapy believing that the whole person (mind , body, and soul), benefit from therapy that addresses all areas of your being. I feel honored to walk with people through some of life’s greatest challenges. My goal is to provide a safe space for processing feelings, challenging perspective, setting goals, and helping you to the discover the tools within yourself to meet those goals.
