The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
This location opens at 830am and the physicians stroll in at 830am. No prior to opening procedures so they need "time" after the business is open to prepare for customers (patients). Obviously they don't respect anyone else's time. Go to another clinic.

Very poor customer service. I made an appointment and waited for 15 minutes for a warm body to appear. Then i was told because I didn't sign in correctly they could not see. No effort towards any accommodation was made. Done with Kroger

If I could give ZERO stars that is what I would do. I am giving the 1 star just so that I can write this review. It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at any medical facility!! On February 8th, 2019, we were in line at the Kroger paying for our groceries and my daughter started passing out. The cashier said to rush her over to the Little Clinic and me and my husband did and WOW! the service was astoundingly bad! Catherine Reed the manager and the NP Alexis Lee were both there and they witnessed how out-of-it my daughter was..most people would have the human decency and sense of urgency and just genuine care to rush to try to do something! Catherine had no expression what-so-ever and in heat of that very moment...she had the audacity to ask if we had insurance and the other lady Alexis the Nurse practitioner also was moving very slowly as if she was waiting for us to get out insurance cards and such. Meanwhile my kid could have been dying right there for all we knew at the time! We of course left immediately and went to nearby Physicians Urgent care facility who took excellent care. Our daughter ended up having a double whammy BOTH FLU AND PNEUMONIA and a temp of 106.3...The Little Clinic didn't even take her temp. They could have at least did that and called the ambulance or SOMETHING! They did NOTHING and DIDN'T EVEN CARE!!! They should be shut down!!!

Just stopped at Kroger Brentwood (neighborhood location) once again disappointed with the lack of customer service. It was 6:55 pm my finane’ And I stopped to get a piece of cake at the bakery. We waited for 10 minutes and no one was around. Saw a young lady working in the cheeses beside it and ask if any one was working the Bakery. No she said “ they went home. “ we ask” Can someone else help us? Her reply “ No there is no one else . We said so we can’t pay other thing she shrugs her shoulders and says “No” we ask “ Really? She says sorry. Seriously this is the worst customer service as always.
Should have just gone to Publix as we normally do. Tried again but sorry we did. Left without buying any thing!
Do you guys care???
