  We love this Little Clinic! Rachel and the whole team are kind and caring. They are great with both adults and kids. The office runs smoothly and quickly. It is easy to make appointments and walk in if we need too. Thank you!

  I and my family went to this clinic. I said we wanted to have a flu shot. I asked the counselor. Is my insurance valid? He said yes to me. Then they send me an invoice. I paid. This is unfair

  This place is ridiculous. I came at 2 to avoid the lunch rush but they are closed from 1:30-2:15. So I follow the directions and sign in and it says 1 hour 15 min wait. At 2:40 I ask how much longer since there were only 2 people waiting when I got there. She tells me they have had people sign in and make appointments online since I signed in and now it was going to be after 5pm another 2 and a half hours. This is a bad way to do business. If it’s a walk in clinic it should be first in first out. How do 5 people get to request an appointment ahead of me after I already checked in.

  I didn't have to wait long, and they were all very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't even have an appointment.

  For the new location in Brentwood off of Franklin Road: I'm very pleased with the customer service. I was able to get in right away at 10am on a Saturday. The assistant and nurse were informative on how much it would cost, they didn't rush me out the door, and they asked me all the needed questions to diagnose me. They even made sure I had an affordable prescription right away at the pharmacy inside Kroger next door to the clinic. I will return here for other medical needs I have in the future. Unless it's a life threatening emergency... I'll go to the ER!
