  My experience at Target #2240 has been fantastic. The process was easy, and I'm so glad I came in instead of ordering online. I found a style that suited me even better! Raquel was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I hope the glasses will be as great as the customer service!

  All these stars go to Nayeli! She was so helpful when I had to come back and get my glasses redone entirely exam all of it due to Mavis’s Lack of taking her job seriously. Nayeli had me do some testing with the original glasses. I was seeing stacked double vision and could not read out of one eye at all. She said I could definitely do another eye exam and I also wanted to pick out different frames. She was so helpful and making sure that I was taking care of from start to finish and the receptionist for the optical shop was so sweet. She got me in right away once I was done with the correct prescription. They had me see a Aletta Davis. A letter and Nila get all of the stars a letter took her time with me made sure everything was correct was very personable and had a great bedside manner made sure that everything was correct took her time and then when I got to Nyla, she helped me pick out new frames. Make sure everything was correct and was so helpful all of The folks in the eyewear department are so good with customers really help with making sure you’re happy with your frames and explain all the details of how your insurance work can’t say enough good about them. Thank you, Nayeli and Aletta. You really turned this experience around for me. I’m gonna post Mavis Bulger did my exam and all of 7 to 10 minutes. It was rushed. I didn’t feel like she was caring for my eye health. She seemed aloof and not in the mood to even be there. She came in late to the appointment and had me wait an hour as well as the other patients she was rude. Didn’t even say her name right when I got in The office for the exam and the staff we’re doing their best to help set the expectation by saying that she’s late because she takes care of everyone to the fullest extent which made no sense because she was late to get there. I don’t know what was going on in her life that day but I had to have my prescription redone thank God because it was so off I couldn’t see. Zero stars Now for the savior of the day, Nayeli.

  Great prices and excellent customer service! Hiram attended to us and was very kind, friendly, and helpful. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place!

  I just had an exceptional experience at Target Optical on Old Hickory Blvd. in Brentwood with Andra. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and help me make the right choice. She is very professional, courteous, patient, and was extremely polite throughout the entire process. Her customer service was truly outstanding—some of the best service I’ve received anywhere, she is the Best and I would recommend her to everybody! I really appreciated her attention to details and willingness to help. Thanks a lot Andra, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable! I really appreciate all your help.

  I am a returning customer to this location. I had a very negative experience with the staff. They were rude, when I asked a question during the exam the response was dismissive and she seemed uninterested in helping ask my question. It was a straightforward question. My vision was blurry in my right eye on every line that I could read. I looked at her and asked if I was supposed to try and read the top line or just answer that it was blurry as she asked me to read the line that I could see that isn’t blurry. She rolled her eyes and asked me to read the blurry line. Then she directed me to the show room to browse the selection of glasses. After 20 minutes of listening to 3 staff members talk about what they were going to have for lunch in Spanish, (I speak 3 languages) I was ignored and I left. They called me 30 minutes later to ask if I was still there. What a disappointment.
