  I am a returning customer to this location. I had a very negative experience with the staff. They were rude, when I asked a question during the exam the response was dismissive and she seemed uninterested in helping ask my question. It was a straightforward question. My vision was blurry in my right eye on every line that I could read. I looked at her and asked if I was supposed to try and read the top line or just answer that it was blurry as she asked me to read the line that I could see that isn’t blurry. She rolled her eyes and asked me to read the blurry line. Then she directed me to the show room to browse the selection of glasses. After 20 minutes of listening to 3 staff members talk about what they were going to have for lunch in Spanish, (I speak 3 languages) I was ignored and I left. They called me 30 minutes later to ask if I was still there. What a disappointment.

  Hiram was a pleasure to help me with my new glasses purchase. He listened to my concerns and helped me file with my insurance. Can't wait to go back and pick my glasses. Thank you Hiram!

  I put an order in for meta prescriptions glasses to be replace on June 18 and I have not received them every time I called I’ve been giving nonchalant unhelpful answers. I was finally told after numerous calls they reordered them (cause apparently the first order didn’t go thru) and didn’t know how long that would take. They never communicated they had to be reorder until it was the deadline(July 2) for my pick up and I went to pick up just told they reordered yesterday. I’ve asked for ordering tracking number was told she would email to me once it appears that was on July 1. I ask could they be expedited because this is unacceptable I was told there was nothing they can do. Here it is July 8, almost a month I still haven’t received my glasses nor have I received an order number for updates on my order. I was told 10-14 day late max here it’s been 20 days and still haven’t received order number to track nor have they communicated with me or try to accommodate after not following the own policy procedures and guidelines this by far is the worst experience I’ve had with any target optical stores
