  The owner, John, has been terrific to work with! I bought a preowned Precor treadmill from him a few years ago, and it still works like a champ today! About 2 years ago, my wife wanted an elliptical, so I purchased, a pre-owned Precor elliptical from Fitness Direct, and she loves it! John and his right hand tech, Jeff, have been totally professional, very attentive to our needs, and they do superb work. I have them come once a year for an overall maintenance check on both pieces of our equipment, and they work like new. Don’t shop anywhere else, go to Fitness Direct!

  I cannot rave enough about the service of Fitness Direct Service! My treadmill was damaged in the flood and FDS jumped through hoops to find my warranty and almost completely rebuilt my treadmill for a minimal cost. Their service was prompt and they had the highest level of professionalism and did not stop trying until my treadmill was n perfect working condition. Customer Service is alive and well at FDS! Thank you!
