  I can’t say enough good things about Barre3! I started by trying out some classes at this studio last summer through ClassPass and loved the energy and balance I felt during and after the workouts. This summer I decided to purchase a membership so I can go as often as I’d like! Every instructor is well trained and prepared to provide modifications of poses depending on your physical comfort level. I also really love the focus on mindfulness and connecting with your body and brain while working out. Every class ends with a few minutes of breathing exercises, stretching, and gratitude. Honestly this is the first time I’ve ever really enjoyed exercising and I have Barre3 to thank for that!

  Barre3 Brentwood is one of my favorite locations to go to! Everyone is so friendly. The space is so calming and I truly walk out of there feeling my best. Highly recommend!

  Update: I’ve now been a part of the Barre3 Brentwood community for over 2 years and I only have positive things to say about my experience! I’ve met some amazing friends through this studio and could not imagine not having this outlet in my life. I could not recommend it more! ________________________________________ I’ve been to the 45 minute and 1 hour clases and both are great. The studio is clean and nice, the instructors are fantastic and I like the location the best out of all of the Nashville-area barre3 studios. I feel safe attending the in-studio classes as I feel that social distancing and wearing masks is also practiced here.

  The barre3 Brentwood classes and instructors are amazing-- challenging, encouraging, invigorating, positive. Their online classes have been a lifesaver during the pandemic, keeping my body active which buoys my spirit during these difficult days.
