Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and money. I scheduled a DOT physical at the Kroger Little Clinic earlier this week and was clearly told there would be a $20 fee if we missed the appointment. I arranged time away from my business as the owner, which also affected my staff. When we arrived, I discovered they had booked our DOT physical even though there was no qualified DOT provider on site. They knew this exam could not be completed but scheduled it anyway. If I had been the one to “no-show,” they would have gladly charged the fee, yet when they wasted my time and disrupted my business, there was zero accountability. Because of their incompetence, we now have to repeat the entire process elsewhere, take more time away from work, and deal with an unnecessary delay in obtaining a time-sensitive DOT card. There was no genuine apology, no effort to fix the situation on the spot, and no offer to make up for the money and time they cost my business. If you are an employer or commercial driver, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that respects your schedule and understands the importance of a DOT exam for working professionals. This clinic expects customers to pay for their mistakes but takes no responsibility when the mistake is theirs. This has now happened to me at two different Little Clinic locations in the past twelve months. Acceptable compensation for wasting my staff’s labor is $40 per visit. Update: No one from corporate has called, even after I requested a callback. Instead, I received a generic, personality-free automated email response. Still no accountability.

Logan did great; he got me in and out quickly. He was also excellent at working with me through my questions.

    1) tried to call on my way in to see how long the wait would be. But was rerouted from the store into some call center that unable to provide that information. Was treated with condescension and derision. 2.) When I arrived in the store, only a kiosk was made available to create an appointment. HIPAA information is required. That’s a definite HIPAA violation going on since anybody could look around and see all your personal data and there are several camera that can see the screen as well 3.) When the receptionist did speak with me, she said that my problem didn’t really fit the problems that they tend to solv; Flu, vaccinations, minor ache, and pains, etc. The receptionist said that I would probably be better off just handling it myself.

Horrible location, terrible experience, incompetent employees Called asking what time they close, they said 3, did NOT mention walk ins being unavailable, so the employee scheduled me an appointment at a location 15 minutes away, she told me 1:45 specifically, I get there and they say it's at 2 They also go on break at 2 until 230 So now am just going home! Maybe mention walk ins being closed or that you are fully booked on the phone, and don't lie about an appointment time!
