- JTJeannette TapiaApr 29, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Kroger pharmacy. An employee named Akeilah was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not wearing proper pharmacy identification, which is concerning in a medical setting. When I asked for her name, she responded with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and started laughing, which felt disrespectful and dismissive. I also felt that her behavior toward me was unfair and inappropriate. On top of that, the service was very slow. She took about 30 minutes with the customer in front of me and then another 25 minutes to help me, with no clear communication about the delay. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service and professionalism.
