- JTJeannette TapiaApr 29, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Kroger pharmacy. An employee named Akeilah was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not wearing proper pharmacy identification, which is concerning in a medical setting. When I asked for her name, she responded with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and started laughing, which felt disrespectful and dismissive. I also felt that her behavior toward me was unfair and inappropriate. On top of that, the service was very slow. She took about 30 minutes with the customer in front of me and then another 25 minutes to help me, with no clear communication about the delay. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues to improve customer service and professionalism.

The pharmacist today even remembered my name before I said a word. They get my prescription ready first thing in the morning when I'm picking them up on the way to work as long as I give them an hour heads up on the day I'm supposed to pick them up. I previously had a 1 star review a while back because there used to be an awful pharmacist that was incredibly rude working there but that person no longer works there and the people they have now are amazing! Thank you guys for all you do!
