- KWKelly WilsonSep 12, 20261.0Reporting this post for TODAY, Saturday September 12, 2026. Spoke with pharmacy tech that was VERY RUDE. My first words were requesting for a prescription transfer. Her response was MAM YOU’RE NOT MAKING ANY SENSE, ARE YOU REQUESTING A PRESCRIPTION TRANSFER OR ARE YOU TRYING TO LEAVE A PRESCRIPTION TRANSFER? ARE YOU A PATIENT? I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. The employee is very hostile in the beginning of the conversation. I explained I needed it transferred from Walgreen and then she puts me on hold to leave a message for providers to leave a message. I proceeded to call back and it took five phone calls for the pharmacist to answer instead. Craig was helpful, answered immediately and took my request. I called back later, someone picked up and hung up TWICE!! The tech finally answered and responds, “ IS THIS THE PERSCRIPTION HE IS WORKING ON?! MAM it can take 24-48hrs to get a transfer, we will update you when we have it. It just me and the pharmacist working today! I have informed by a tech in the past that this process can take 2 hours, not 24-48 hours. I requested a name for the tech and she says her name is Cheryl. I’m not sure if this is her but I’m reporting this awful review for today! I will not be using his pharmacy anymore. I rather drive further to avoid this hostility and professionalism this place offers as a healthcare worker, myself, that works in busy emergency rooms, this hostility is uncalled for. I can understand better than anyone that somebody is having a bad day, but to answer the phones speaking to people over the phone faith little interactions to have this type of response is terrible and I will not be doing business with this place again.
