I had a doctor's appointment on a day that was her off day so I asked could we switch the lady who ran the office said no I wouldn't have asked but this was very important my health that was on a Thursday she calls Friday to ask me to switch my Tuesday I said no. You can't help me and my health was not doing good she just wanted her at the office to answer phone I soon left Addus is not reliable and playing with someone's life not professional and show you don't care.
