- TTTaraMar 16, 20261.0I am writing to report a negative experience I had with a staff member at your pharmacy. I recently called to inquire about a prescription, Allopurinol, and during the conversation I mispronounced the name of the medication. Rather than correcting me in a professional manner, the staff member repeated the name back in a mocking and condescending tone. I was already aware that my pronunciation may have been incorrect, so this response felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when seeking assistance. This interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect. As a result of this experience, I have decided to transfer my pharmacy services to another provider. While I understand that one customer may not make a significant impact, respectful communication is important to me, and I will not continue services where I feel belittled.

I don' t mind the wait, but the whole staff is very rude.thats why I get my methedicines at Atoka.Maybe Atoka needs to teach Arlington some manners.
