They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process very easy. I was looking for a new prescription for a GLP-1 medication, and Dr. Logan was very knowledgeable about the process. He confirmed that the prescription could be sent directly to Lilly, and we were able to verify my insurance and complete the required information during the visit. I also had my previous lab work available, including my A1C results, which allowed the company to verify my information without having to order new labs. The visit included the standard questions about weight loss, including eating habits, daily calorie intake, and weight-loss goals. I would recommend having this information ready because it can help make your visit quick and easy. My prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy, and since my insurance did not cover the medication, I paid $149. The pharmacy received the prescription, and I had my medication within about three days. Overall, I had a very positive first experience with Dr. Logan. The process was straightforward, the staff was helpful, and everything was handled in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Dr. Logan to anyone looking for a convenient and professional experience. time at this location.
