  ** This is regarding the blonde older lady that was the pharmacist on 8/11/26*** I want to share a recent experience I had at a pharmacy that left me feeling deeply frustrated and concerned. I went in to pick up a prescription for my daughter, and from the very beginning, the process felt disorganized and unhelpful. At first, I was told her prescription couldn’t be found. After further checking, it suddenly appeared. I was then directed to the drive-through to continue the process. Once I got there, I was told her insurance information wasn’t on file. I had her member ID with me and offered it so they could enter or locate the information, but I didn’t feel like I was given a real opportunity to resolve it. Instead, I was told they still couldn’t find her insurance, and the interaction felt dismissive rather than supportive. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket for my daughter’s medication. What concerns me most is not just the administrative issues, but how I was treated throughout the experience. I left feeling unheard and brushed off while simply trying to get medication for my child. It also left me questioning whether bias or unequal treatment may have played a role in how I was handled. As a parent, I believe we should be able to expect basic respect, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help—especially when it comes to something as important as a child’s medication. I am currently requesting a formal review of the situation, including how the prescription and insurance issues were handled and whether proper procedures were followed. I also hope for clarity on whether this out-of-pocket cost can be corrected or reimbursed. I’m sharing this because I believe accountability and respectful treatment in healthcare settings matter for everyone.

  Nobody likes to go to a pharmacy, because prices so high. With that being said I LOVE KROGER PHARMACY. I have always had great service.

  Great help outside of pharmacy hours Brandon and Brittney were very helpful and had great customer service.
