- LPLenah ParenteSep 21, 20261.0Terrible experience! Went for annual eye checkup and new glasses. They sold me $900 progressive lenses, which I would’ve been ok with if the glasses worked. Went back 4 times and still, the glasses didn’t work. Eventually, they refused to send it back for replacement, and offered me single vision lenses for my computer only, which I took because I need them, but they refused to refund me the difference, even though the problems were not my doing. I paid for correct progressive glasses, and I got a single lens that still doesn’t work. Went to a different doctor and guess what, my new prescription and glasses worked the first time. Total ripoff. I know issues happen, but when it’s not the customer’s fault, the least a business can do is make their customer whole.
