She was absolutely phenomenal. She truly went above and beyond, and the level of care and customer service she gave me was something I genuinely appreciated. I’ve been a longtime Warby Parker customer, but lately it has started to feel much more corporate and focused on streamlining everything. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with that, but it can take away from that personal feeling. My experience with LensCrafters was the complete opposite, and so much of that is because of Kathleen! She made the whole experience feel personal. She was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer going through a process. She took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I was truly taken care of. It honestly made me really happy to have an experience like this! There are so many places where customer service can feel impersonal these days, so when someone goes out of their way to make you feel seen and taken care of, it really stands out. Kathleen is truly the reason I’m writing such a long review. She made what could have been a very ordinary experience feel genuinely wonderful, and LensCrafters is incredibly lucky to have her! I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re going to LensCrafters, ask for Kathleen. She’ll treat you right! I’m genuinely grateful for the experience she gave me.
