The young lady on the phone WAS SO NASTY and proceeded to blame her manager who had informed her such a task was not possible. She then HUNG UP on me mid-sentence! Avoid this store, horrible horrible service. The employee who works here on Wednesday afternoons NEEDS TO BE FIRED for her awful treatment of patrons. If a manager / supervisor is reading this, you can message me directly for more information. I tried to call back and she sent my call to voicemail. Seriously ZERO STARS for this Lenscrafters location.
