- HLHeidi lynnAug 27, 20262.0As a first time guest to Eyemart express I have to say this was pretty disappointing. Absolutely no acknowledgment or greeting upon entering, no direction on what to do, and when I went out of my way to ask for help, everyone was really rude until the very end when I came back an hour later to pick up my glasses. It was only then that one of the workers was actually decent. Other than that, it felt like I was a burden for entering their store.
- JMJared Van MaanenAug 11, 20265.0Friendly, helpful staff. Always willing to help. Great quality and a great overall experience. Thank you for all your help throughout the years!
