- JAJessica AndersonMay 8, 20261.0I have gotten all of my glasses here, but will no longer come here, This is the second time I’ve attempted to go in to get new glasses. Nobody greets you when you walk in called to ask if I needed to get an appointment they answered the phone right away and said no it’s first come first serve. I told him it would be nice if somebody would at least greet you and say we’ll be with you in a moment and was told there’s just two of us so it’s a little bit difficult to do that. Customer service is poor.

I have also talked to 2 employees, asking them to make sure they cancel the order again. Still today my son's insurance says he cannot get a new pair, because eyemart express has not returned the money back. Even though my son has no glasses from them.
