  Took my first Barre3 class last week. I've taken pure barre before but this was definitely different, but always humbling! The studio itself is beautiful, the staff is awesome, and their customer service is top-tier. I booked a deal for 3 classes and had some unexpected events come up, but I called the studio and they rectified the situation completely. So excited to do some more classes here!

  We had a beginner lesson from Natalie. She was an amazing teacher and we left with an entire dance routine that will carry us through an evening of music. We highly recommend her. The facility is perfect for dance instruction.

  barre3 is the perfect combination of strength, cardio and mindfulness for any type of fitness level. My favorite part of coming to barre3 is that I can modify any part of the class to fit where my body needs to move on any particular day. I love barre3 and love the studio in Sioux Falls.

  Everyone is so nice and welcoming! The workout is tough but you definitely feel accomplished and ready to take on your day when you leave! The instructors are all so caring and helpful!
