  Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience and the customer service I received at Eyemart. When I first walked in, I was not greeted or given any direction. I didn’t know there was a sign-in sheet, and I was left standing there unsure of what I was supposed to do. After sitting down and noticing the store was getting busy, I ultimately decided to leave. I returned the following day to look at frames and explained my experience from the day before. I also asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to address my concerns. Unfortunately, I felt like my concerns were brushed off. When I did not receive a call regarding my glasses being ready, I called the store myself. A gentleman named Kelly answered and told me that when I came in, he wanted to have a face-to-face conversation with me about my experience. The way the conversation came across to me felt confrontational, which made me uncomfortable. When I came in to pick up my glasses, I decided to document the interaction because of how the previous phone conversation had made me feel. I believe customers should feel comfortable expressing concerns without feeling intimidated or confronted. I was also told that I could not use a coupon that had been mailed to me by Eyemart, which was one of the reasons I decided to purchase a second pair of glasses. Overall, this was not the customer service experience I expected. I understand that businesses get busy, but basic communication, a welcoming greeting, and respectfully addressing customer concerns go a long way. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and that my concerns were not taken seriously.

  My boyfriend broke his glasses they did everything they could to make the process as simple as possible! Had a great experience!

  I went to get spare glasses, and came away with a pair I love, and will use all the time! Traci A. was awesome! She told me about sales and discounts, and smoothed out the whole purchase for me. The two pairs were ready in about 1/2 hour. This was in Rapid City, SD, at the Eglin St. store.

  No customer service skills, will walk right past you and not acknowledge you, 4 workers and not a “I’ll be with you in a minute”…Nothing! Waited 20 minutes and then left.
