  I just happened to be in neighborhood , they squeezed me in for exam and got my glasses . All done with in a couple hours , and they fit perfect . My sales guy was Kelly , all the staff is very helpful and polite.

  Last week I visited EyeMart Express and Kelly helped me to pick out the frames with me. He was very informative and explained the process of fitting the frame and lenses. Kelly answered all of my questions and even wanted to see me after I wore the glasses for a few weeks to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend EyeMart Express and Kelly to anyone. Thank you Kelly for all you did. I would give Kelly more stars if possible. Dr. John Bridges DDS

  I have been going for years and the employees are always wonderful and so helpful however they definitely need more of them. I have gone at different times or days and it is always busy or gets busy while I am there. Last time it was 9:40ish on a Thursday and I had a bit of a wait but it got to the point they had to sign people in to know who was next and they were not slacking in anyway. So please corporate give these wonderful employees more help. Love the glasses I got and the service they provided. Would be 5 stars if corporate gave them more employees.

  Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience and the customer service I received at Eyemart. When I first walked in, I was not greeted or given any direction. I didn’t know there was a sign-in sheet, and I was left standing there unsure of what I was supposed to do. After sitting down and noticing the store was getting busy, I ultimately decided to leave. I returned the following day to look at frames and explained my experience from the day before. I also asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to address my concerns. Unfortunately, I felt like my concerns were brushed off. When I did not receive a call regarding my glasses being ready, I called the store myself. A gentleman named Kelly answered and told me that when I came in, he wanted to have a face-to-face conversation with me about my experience. The way the conversation came across to me felt confrontational, which made me uncomfortable. When I came in to pick up my glasses, I decided to document the interaction because of how the previous phone conversation had made me feel. I believe customers should feel comfortable expressing concerns without feeling intimidated or confronted. I was also told that I could not use a coupon that had been mailed to me by Eyemart, which was one of the reasons I decided to purchase a second pair of glasses. Overall, this was not the customer service experience I expected. I understand that businesses get busy, but basic communication, a welcoming greeting, and respectfully addressing customer concerns go a long way. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and that my concerns were not taken seriously.
