- GSG SMay 6, 20265.0I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed as an adult. The staff were all very personable and professional. Dr. Kimbler was also very kind, professional & did a great job. This was my first time going under anesthesia. The Doctor & staff made the whole experience calm & put me at ease about the process. I received great after care with answers to my questions during the healing process.

Upon arrival, the receptionist did not greet him and immediately made an inappropriate comment regarding payment, which came across as unprofessional. Additionally, the physician’s conduct was troubling. While my husband was simply trying to ask questions about our daughter’s health, he was met with dismissive and insulting remarks. At one point, the physician made an insinuation about my husband’s character in front of our daughter, which was both inappropriate and upsetting. Overall, the interaction felt highly unprofessional and did not reflect the level of respect and care we expected

Some respect for basic privacy would sure be appreciated. I can't trust this doctor with my teeth after that. After waiting months, I have to cancel my appointment. The Dr-patient relationship depends on trust and you lost mine.

I went in really anxious with having to have a bad tooth pulled, but they were kind and answered all of my questions and were patient with me. Two days later and everything seems to be healing just fine. If you have the option to have the gas, do it. It made the whole procedure so much more tolerable. Thank you!
