  A few things didn’t go overly well. I was told the glasses would be done in AT MOST an hour. That was a big selling point for me. It ended up taking 2.5 days. Not a ton of time, but not what I was told at all. When I emailed Eyemart to ask about it, they told me to just talk to the store to see when they would be done. No compensation, no answers, no genuine help. Then when I got my glasses, they were never cleaned. The lenses were filthy and the frames had sticky residue on them. Then the sunglasses had 2 dark spots (I’m guessing where stickers were at one point?) on the very top of the lenses. And I can’t tell if the bottom the frames are dirty or worn out, because the majority of the frame is matte black with the underside being shiny, but at the bottom of one of the lens sides, it’s half matte and half shiny. It almost looks like someone wore them for a while and brought them back in for a return and I got the returned pair. I gave it 2 stars because I do have glasses at the least.

  I really didn’t want to leave one star! I have two children that need glasses, and have referrals, called these people, I was told to call back and hit option 3, I did that 3 times, no one answered! Callback and the front desk is very nonchalant! I’m like if yall don’t want my business i can go else where, it’s 3:30pm, the schedule shows they are open, why no one answering the phones, so I will be taking my business elsewhere !! Customer service is A ZERO! Company is a ZERO! And as soon as I can find another way to complaint, I will.
