  The aid that I had is wonderful. Customer service terrible. In one month they didn't send her out to my house 4 times.They never called me, never let me know anything.And when I called them , oh , she's gonna be there , they lie a lot.

  My client Mr. Robert Jenkins has been my client for almost ten years and he says he loves the company, the staff and most of all the service. He wouldn't charge company's if they paid him he said. He said overall his experience has been outstanding! And they bet not try and move his aide to someone else, because he loves me like family. And trust me more. I had to write for him because of his health. Sincerely Robert Jenkins.

  Addus and all of their staff are wonderful earthbound angels. They give their all to accommodate every single client in every possible way. It saddens me to know that there are bad reviews because someone didn’t even attempt to do their job. Today they have hard working staff that are happy to meet all of your needs. 🫶🏼

  Just started with them. 4 no show respite providers . No call....Adios
