  Was not helpful at all. We have been filling my daughter‘s heart prescription there four months and it ended up being out of stock all of a sudden. Got the text message that it was delayed and then another one that it was delayed again. They had me call another location myself to see if they had it, which they did. . They temporarily filled it for me and when I called this location back to pick up the normal prescription. The lady told me it would be over $800. I was very upset Since this is a heart medication and not Tylenol that my daughter has to have. I told the lady if something happened to my daughter I would sue them. All of a sudden they were able to fill it and for $150. Someone seriously dropped the ball. The staff forgot to hang up the phone before running their mouth and talking trash about the PAYING customer that was still sitting on the phone listening. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

  After the fifth time I was unable to refill a much needed med at my previous pharmacy, I was done. The reason given every time was supplier backorder issues, Of course, I was deaperate to refill and would have to call around and look for alternative pharmacies. Harris Teeter was the answer I found. Im now in the process of moving all of the prescriptions for my entire family to HT and I recommend them to people I know. The friendliness and professionalism of the HT Staff I've experienced over the last few months made the choice easy. HT always goes the extra step to provide that much needed above and beyond customer service when necessary. That's what I'm looking for in a pharmacy. Highly recommend!

  This is the worst Pharmacy ever!!!! I waited 2 hrs for 1 prescription to be filled when they told me about 30min to an hour!!! Went back 4 hrs later and they still didn’t have it ready! Got a text alert after returning to my place and went back to pick it up they were closed! So, I got up the next morning to go pick it up and they were closed again!!!! I have been calling them 3 days in a row and no answer, what is with these people! Do not fill your prescription there!!!! They don’t have any systems in place and everyone seems to be working without care!!! This was my first at last time at this pharmacy location! Most Harris Teeters are on point but this one is slack!!!!
