- HKHolly KAug 23, 20251.0First, please be aware that this pharmacy has SHORT DATED drugs. Got a prescription for my BP meds and it was due to expire Nov 1st. (Within 2 months time) Secondly, I have dealt with this pharmacy for years and the only decent person there is the manager. The others are rude and disrespectful. Making a complaint does nothing. I suggest finding a more accomodating pharmacy.

The reason given every time was supplier backorder issues, Of course, I was deaperate to refill and would have to call around and look for alternative pharmacies. Harris Teeter was the answer I found. Im now in the process of moving all of the prescriptions for my entire family to HT and I recommend them to people I know. The friendliness and professionalism of the HT Staff I've experienced over the last few months made the choice easy. HT always goes the extra step to provide that much needed above and beyond customer service when necessary. That's what I'm looking for in a pharmacy. Highly recommend!
- QFQi FlemingOct 19, 20211.0This is the worst Pharmacy ever!!!! I waited 2 hrs for 1 prescription to be filled when they told me about 30min to an hour!!! Went back 4 hrs later and they still didn’t have it ready! Got a text alert after returning to my place and went back to pick it up they were closed! So, I got up the next morning to go pick it up and they were closed again!!!! I have been calling them 3 days in a row and no answer, what is with these people! Do not fill your prescription there!!!! They don’t have any systems in place and everyone seems to be working without care!!! This was my first at last time at this pharmacy location! Most Harris Teeters are on point but this one is slack!!!!
