- JJJamesMay 9, 20265.0I came into the store about a week ago for an eye exam with the optometrist that's in store. Once I had my prescription, I walked over to check out some frames. A young lady by the name of Jessica, approached me to see if she could help. I picked out my frames , and Jessica took care of the rest!! She told me that I would have my glasses within 7 to 10 days. I received a text on friday. It took less then a week to receive my new glasses! That is super fast!!! The customer service that I received from Jessica, was outstanding!! I highly highly recommend Eyemart Express!! Great job Summerville store!! Thank you also to Dr.Corrigan for the eye exam!! Very professional and very sweet!!

- EJEd JepsonApr 7, 20264.0I really like the glasses. I purchased. The young lady that sold them to me was very helpful and smart. The glasses were ready in less than a week. When I went to pick them up, Eyemart Express was extremely understaffed. Apparently at least one staff member had walked out, leaving only one person present to serve a sudden influx of clients. The remaining staffer did an excellent job but it was unpleasant to wait and watch.

My only issue is that the store can get very busy because they only have 2 people working there. And of course when I went they waited on people who came in after me before they waited on me even though we all signed in when we entered. If it’s really busy I would recommend coming back another time or going somewhere else.
