I asked if I didn’t mind waiting they would work me in. Sure! While I was waiting Jeana said “let’s find you some glasses.” We all have done it…tried on every pair we thought would look good…then Jeana asked what I do. I told her I’m a children’s author and I want something fun. She went right to a pair of Betsy Johnson eye glasses. I love Betsy Johnson!!! Done. Then she says it buy one get one, even sunglasses. Never owning prescription sunglasses I let her know that. Jeana looked at me and said “girl, they will change your world.” Lol. Hello game changer!!! Everyone was fantastic but Jeana took my bad situation and showed me how customer service should be. This is the personality I would look for when I was a hiring manager. Give this girl a raise because someone may walk in and recruit her. Thank you Jeana!!
