I found out that they entered the wrong prescription a year ago, so I’ve been walking around not realizing all my headaches were from wearing the wrong prescription. Then they failed to replace the lenses in my current glasses and I didn’t realize it until I had left the store. I live too far to just drop by and they haven’t been answering the phone when I call. On top of that, while I was there the lady I was working with stopped to help someone who came to pick up their new glasses because the employee had ordered the wrong frames and had to fix her mistake. I’ve been going here for over a decade and have never had as many issues as I have over this past year. Definitely time to find a new optometrist.

It had been a while for me so I was a tad nervous, but the staff was very friendly, supportive, and polite. Every step was explained before it happened, ensuring I was informed. After the exam, I was directed to the frames where I was free to choose and try on whatever I liked. I was also informed of what and how much my insurance would cover before I decided. Prices were already on the frames so there was no guessing or asking back and forth. I was helped if needed, left alone if not, and opinions given if asked. Definitely will be back when it’s time and will be referring friends, family, and anyone asking about an eye exam!
