  James Baker was the customer and we were both so impressed with the entire experience. It was 100% above and beyond another experience with a different provider. Location is super easy for us. Danyelle greeted us in an upbeat manner. Kara was very efficient and experienced in handling his unique situation. We were both so very pleased with her "can do" attitude. Thankful for the positivity.

  Very thorough with testing procedures knowledge and information. Very helpful making the right choice on hearing aids. Was able to finance no interest for two years which is another wonderful thing, won’t take us that long but nice to have. Thank you Mrs. Janet Petitte,M.S Audiologist

  I got custom hearing protection from Kara. She was great and made the process seamless. I love my hearing protection and they fit great! Highly recommend Kara at Audionova!
