  We needed a last minute eye appointment for broken glasses right before our 7th grader starts school. The optometrist was so kind and efficient. The staff was amazing after our eye check and moved in quickly to service us and get us glasses same day. They were awesome!

  Around 3 years ago I had a pair of safety glasses made for me I had to take them back three times because they sit on my face sideways so I can see straight they never did could get them fixed right what about a boy said I have one ear higher than the other that was stupid my wife talked me into going back in there about 3 years later we waited almost 45 minutes for an appointment that they never called so we went up to the desk and asked him what was going on they told us we were sitting in the wrong chairs we were set where the man told us to sit that's the most unorganized company I ever saw in my life I will never go back there again.. need to get some smarter people in there.

  Very helpful and took time to explain my coverage and helped me find discounts and showed me the options for transitions colors and gave a great customer experience all around

  I had a wonderful experience here and they went out of their way to help bring a beloved pair of frames back to life for me. The customer service was friendly and fast, and I will be a lifelong customer. Highly recommend

  Would have given four stars but felt the attention I received in getting my frames was not matched when I got my frames. Lady essentially placed the eyewear on my head and was content to leave it at that. I had to question about any adjustments. She referred me to the mirror. So sorry I inconvenience her. And I bought two pairs!! I’ll go to the other store if I go back at all.
