It's free for the first class which is 30 mins and then any classes you take are $29, unless you have the membership and these are 50 mins. I've gone about 3 times now and honestly the time flys by really quickly and yes you ache afterwards but its like a good kind of ache if that makes sense not a "I can't move it hurts so bad" kind of feeling.
