  If I could give negative stars I would so sorry for the eye doctorshe was nice and helpful however. I went in to pick out my frames and lenses from perale vision retail store and the lady was so rude and hateful that her attitude has guaranteed me never going back to this horrible place ever again. I was prescribed progressive lenses the year prior and could not see a thing with those glasses so this year I was trying to stay positive and just try to get new lenses this year, however the lady was so down right rude when answering my questions she printed out my insurance information and instead of offering to help me find what I needed she handed me my prescription and dismissed me. I will never recommend going to this place to anyone if I had the corporate number I would so be on the phone reporting this type of customer Service. Sorry dr. This attitude is making you lose customers. Its sad I wasn't the only person she has treated this way i heard how she treats customers. Never again.!!!!!

  Beware of Melissa at this location. We had a horrible experience. There was only her way and no consideration for us as a customer and our needs. "That's the way we do things" does not work when a customer has specific medical needs. Never had an issue like this at any other Pearl Vision center.

  Pleasant experience at first. I then contacted my insurance about charges I was being asked to pay and when I questioned the rep in store about it she got all defensive and held her ground after that. I returned and asked for a refund a few days later and they tried to keep a fee of $58 for lens coating when I was canceling my order. I then asked the manager for a corporate number to call and she said the corporate rep was in her store….the associate that had earlier gotten defensive. What a coincidence. Nevertheless, customer service at the Rock Hill location is non existent.

  Myrna is an awesome amazing lady who helped me get my prescription glasses !!! She was very kind, very helpful on helping me picking out my frames that makes how my face is shaped . She is truly a sweetheart ! I recommend going here if you need glasses or you need anything . She was very honest about how the frames looked and how they didn't match my face ! She is very much helpful . I'll continue going there as long as their are smiling faces such as these sweet ladies that work there !!

  They have been very helpful getting my grandson glasses that he loves at an affordable price. The customer service is awesome!
