- LLLinzAug 18, 20265.0Today was my first time going to Pearle Vision. I got my glasses online from Zenni, and I accidentally sat or laid down on them. When I say they were crooked, it was like / that. One lense basically on my forehead and one on my eye. I didn't know if I could just walk into a place where I didn't get my glasses, and get them fixed. Well you can, and I'm so glad I chose Pearle Vision. The manager, she has very short hair and glasses (I hate I forgot her name🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😤) was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful from the moment we walked in. And she continued to tweak them until they were perfectly straight. When we went to pay her for the labor, she said no. My mom said can you not just put a labor fee in, and let us pay you? And she again said no, so I just want to say how great my 5 minutes in there was. The customer service was great, and she made me feel so comfortable. I wasn't wearing my glasses because I was so embarrassed because of how bad they were, and now they are like new and I couldn't be happier. So thank you so much Pearle Vision and the manger specifically. I'm so sorry I forgot your name.👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻🫡
