  This pediatric office, both Dr Mantee and NP Fisher have gone above and beyond for my daughter since birth. She is now 15. They have saved her as a newborn and a couple times since then when popular children's hospital in the area missed her diagnosis. I 💯 suggest this group for any parent and their children.

  The most caring and wonderful office. The doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and staff are wonderful.

  Update: I am now ready to change practices. In addition to what I previously posted about I have called them four times today starting at 8:30am to get them to call in My Son‘s prescription that should have already been called in. We saw the doctor last week so the prescription should be at the pharmacy already. I have gotten rude responses and the staff basically claiming that the patients he’s seeing today are more important than the ones he already has seen. it is now almost 330 and I have to go to work and now I am unable to go pick up my son‘s prescription at the pharmacy like I kept telling them what happened. They have test testing this week and School and now he’s going to be without his medication in the morning. I am furious at this point. Front desk staff is beyond rude. No smiles. No greetings. No kindness on the way out the door either. Yet, it’s not like there’s a waiting room full of people. We are never in the waiting room more than 2 minutes. Their phone system is the worst. Every time you call you get a voice recording that claims that they are currently closed even though it’s during business hours. There’s no option to leave a message with a nurse or an option to leave a message. Call and call and call and call and then get put on hold and disconnected. Although, I suppose this relates back to the ladies that work upfront, talking miserable and like they all hate being there. It’s a frustrating and sad situation because the doctor so far has been pretty nice and helpful.

  very unprofessional office staff. I was on hold for about 15 min. Got disconnected. Called back, put on hold again when another “lady” got on the phone. Right away she was rude and confrontational. I asked for the supervisor, she told me they do not have one there today. She also proceded to tell me “ it doesnt matter, the answer will be the same, but go ahead and give me your name “ “Cigi” has not one professional aspect about her. She was rude and spoke to me like I was on the streets with her. If you don’t mind the ratchet office help then this would be a good place for you! STAY IN YOUR LANE CIGI!
