  Stopped going once before because without testing I was told I was just “fat and that’s why I was diabetic” by a doctor who hadn’t even read my chart (I had major surgery on my pancreas, THAT is literally the only reason I’m diabetic). Had never received a bill and when I decided to come back, the staff acted like I couldn’t pay. Now, I cancelled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday. Called about receiving a no call no show for my appointment. Staff tried to say I canceled late after I told her I canceled Monday, I repeated I canceled two days before the appointment before surgery, she got rude and hung up on me. My cop does the exact same things this office does and is more polite. I’d suggest don’t waste your time or money.

  I’m a new patient to this practice and was referred by my family doctor who had great things to say about Lancaster Endocrinology. I was very impressed and pleased with my initial visit, as I was greeted with kindness and a smile from the time we walked in. Dr. Wozniak and his nurse Ashley are very professional, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and comforting during a difficult time being newly diagnosed with diabetes. The young lady in the lab was absolutely amazing, she was polite and boy does she know how to draw labs on someone who is not the easiest to draw blood from but she did it! The checkout lady was so accommodating to my needs for my follow-up appointment and so very polite. I have the knowledge, a plan and a great care team!

  Dr. Wozniak, Ms. Farmer, and Dr. Singhi are all providers that have contributed to my care at Lancaster Endocrinology. I understand that healthcare is challenging from my standpoint as a patient, but also from the standpoint of providers and support staff. Each provider has their own unique approach to treatment; however, I can say that I have always been treated fairly, and given a leading role in my own healthcare management when under the care of any of the aforementioned providers. The front desk and support staff have consistently been awesome, and I gladly give this office my highest rating of any on my healthcare team. I have been a patient for about 15 to 20 years, and I recommend this practice for your Endocrinology needs.

  One star is a stretch.. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office ever. Dr. Wozniak is amazing- and I hate for him that his office staff is standing in between him and his greatness. They are extremely unprofessional , and disorganized. Getting prescriptions was pulling teeth. Wasn’t even there a year and switched offices so fast. I would stay far away.

  Dr. Wozniak is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! His expertise and insight have made an incredible difference in my disease management. The staff is very courteous and always willing to help with any insurance, or pharmacy needs. On a few occasions my insurance has required pre-authorization or medical necessity exemption forms to be submitted, and the nurses and office staff understood what was required and took care of everything for me.
