  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Eyemart Express! From beginning to end, everything was smooth, easy, and handled with such care. Michelle assisted me the most during my initial visit, and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, courteous, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I returned yesterday, Eddie and Joy assisted me, and they were wonderful as well! They stepped right in without hesitation and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. I realized that something I needed for my prescription glasses had accidentally been left off, and they handled the situation with such ease and professionalism. Even my eye exam was a great experience. The doctor was phenomenal and made the entire process comfortable and easy. I truly cannot say enough about the staff at Eyemart Express. From Michelle to Eddie and Joy, everyone made me feel welcomed and valued. Excellent customer service and an amazing team. I highly recommend them! ❤️

  Very impressed! Warmly greeted when entering. Thorough in explanation of benefits, options and wait time (if you could call 7 minutes a wait time). Depending on what you need you definitely can be in and out in little to no time. Wide selection of frames too!

  I believe his name is Eddie. What a great customer service rep. He had the best smile and you can tell he truly cares. I came in as my glasses were broke. I just bought them in February. It was so easy. He just took me to his station and we sat down and he started to give me a new pair of glasses. It was truly that easy We got to talking Since I was sitting there anyway, I asked him to pull up my insurance and see what it would cost me to get a new pair of sunglasses He is so efficient So pleasant to work with He pulled up my insurance. He explained exactly how much I would Pay for this and how much VSP would pay for that! There were no games there were no gimmick Again You could tell that he truly cared about the person in front of him. You could tell that he really is a nice person. I gave you all fives as a company because of Eddie ( I hope that’s his name). Not only does he represent your Company very well, but he goes above and beyond!!

  I visited to see if the lenses from my broken glasses could be transferred into a new frame. I was informed that, due to a crack in the lenses, it could not be done for safety reasons. That’s completely understandable, and I have no issue with that policy. The reason for my one-star review is the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was noticeably short, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. There was no effort to explain alternatives, offer solutions, or even engage in basic conversation. I was simply directed to the doctor’s desk. When I asked whether there were any appointments available that day, the only response I received was a silent head shake. No explanation, no suggestions, and no follow-up. I was left standing there wondering if the conversation was over because no one communicated anything further. A business doesn’t have to tell customers what they want to hear, but they should at least make them feel acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. As I was leaving, another customer who had just exited looked at me and said, “These people can be real idiots sometimes.” Hearing that from someone with no connection to me confirmed that my experience wasn’t simply a misunderstanding or a bad day. Instead, I drove about 10 minutes to Stanton Optical. The difference was night and day. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Within an hour, I had completed an eye exam and left with two new pairs of glasses. I highly discourage anyone to come to this location, go to STANTON!! It’s worth it.
