  The ladies in Eyemart were amazing! My entire process of picking out glasses to picking them up took all of 45 minutes. I’m very new to the entire process, everything was articulated perfectly by Jessica.

  Made an appointment came to my appointment and was told I had no appointment even when I had confirmation emails saying I did. Got zero help, just told oh something must of happened but you do not have an appointment and walked off.

  They let me schedule a returning patient appointment for my kid and refused to take her after we got there. I understand not being comfortable handling kids if you haven’t done it often, but a call to tell me not to come because of her age would have been appreciated. I have to submit the date of birth at the time of appointment. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Our first time coming in 2025 was great, but something within a year has soured the location.

  Do not hesitate!!! Such a thorough thorough eye exam with latest technology !! Phenomenal sales team with the utmost concern for your care and making sure your glasses are the correct ones for you and the prescription is perfect!!!! The frame selections are phenomenal to the high end lines to everyday affordable well-made stylish frames!!😎🥰

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Eyemart Express! From beginning to end, everything was smooth, easy, and handled with such care. Michelle assisted me the most during my initial visit, and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, courteous, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When I returned yesterday, Eddie and Joy assisted me, and they were wonderful as well! They stepped right in without hesitation and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. I realized that something I needed for my prescription glasses had accidentally been left off, and they handled the situation with such ease and professionalism. Even my eye exam was a great experience. The doctor was phenomenal and made the entire process comfortable and easy. I truly cannot say enough about the staff at Eyemart Express. From Michelle to Eddie and Joy, everyone made me feel welcomed and valued. Excellent customer service and an amazing team. I highly recommend them! ❤️
