Today I had the magical experience of taking a class with Hemal who made me feel comfortable while pushing me to work harder than I have during any other class yet!

- DPDenice PridmoreJul 24, 20263.0for the most part i love club pilates and definitely love their instructors however how can they call me and tell me they are taking me off an already booked class because they over booked bring a friend when i booked on line weeks ago. they said it was all over the studio they said that we needed to sign up at studio as well. well i don’t go in to read everything around the studio. i go to do pilates and leave. i think it was very wrong for them to do that. i have people i could bring as a friend that has wanted to try pilates but they put me on the waitlist. totally not acceptable or right what they did. when when i stressed i was not happy shot that the lady did not care and continued to say she would put me in the waitlist. i have been scheduled for weeks!!! also when i needed to pause my account because i had a popped rib they made me get them a dr excuse or was going to charge me $25 a month. that’s absurd! you should be able to pause your account anytime you want if you are going to be out of town yet alone hurt to where you can’t participate in pilates. they make it very hard to do business with. this is the Rock Hill, SC location i am referring to

If you want a place to learn everything there is to know about Pilates definitely visit our Rock Hill location. All the instructors are rockstars! Have to stay cardiosculpt and control are my favorite classes.
