  I recently switched to Family Hospice. The word family is the key! The CNAs, nurses and staff are treated as family, patients are the priority, the team is professional, caring and absolutely phenomenal!

  Family Hospice cared for my mom like she was their mom. They have so many compassionate individuals from Lindsay the Community Educator who helped us get started to Jennifer the social worker bringing kindness to us weekly to Heather and all the office staff who checked on us, to the caring nurses: Angela, Jaime, Ellen and Cassandra who attended to mom's every need to the supportive chaplain Kimble who cared for all of us spiritually. The expert level of care provided by Family Hospice was extraordinary. We could not have found a better hospice care team than Family Hospice for our mom. Our family is forever grateful and touched by all of the Family Hospice care team.

  As a retired certified hospice and palliative care nurse in this community for 30 years, I can say I had an excellent experience with this company. Many thanks to Lindsay for her prompt attention and coordination of their Palliative Care Services and later assisting the transition to the Hospice Program. The nurses, ( Angela and Kelly) were knowledgable in end of life care, compassionate and readily available. I waned to personally thank Fashawna, CNA for her wonderful care and her perseverance with the challenges of dealing with the pets in the home. In addition , thank you Jennifer, SW for your assistance with the admission process. I will definitely recommend this team for those seeking assistance with symptom management and end of life needs!

  Devin and the entire team at Family Hospice are truly exceptional. During one of the most difficult times, they brought not only professionalism and expertise, but also genuine compassion and kindness that made all the difference. A special thank you to Angela, our nurse, whose gentle care and attentiveness ensured comfort and dignity every step of the way. She has such a calming presence and truly treats her patients like family. We’re also incredibly grateful for Trish, the volunteer coordinator, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and cared for in ways big and small. Devin and the entire team provided thoughtful communication, unwavering support, and a level of compassion that is hard to put into words. Their presence brought peace and comfort when we needed it most. We are so thankful for Devin, Angela, Trish, and the entire Family Hospice team. They made a lasting impact on our hearts, and we will never forget the care and support they provided.

  Family hospice is a breath of fresh air. Privately owned, they can give that personal touch to their hospice patients. They are very easy to work with, knowledgeable and caring.
