The instructors are knowledgeable and patient. I look forward to each class and always leave feeling stronger and accomplished. Welcoming, peaceful and clean environment. Highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level!

Her front desk people outwardly talk badly about their instructors and other members while people are still in the studio! Very judgemental group of people. I do not encourage anyone to spend their money with Stefanie as long as she is the owner.

The studio also experienced a notably high instructor turnover rate, which reflected deeper issues within leadership and workplace culture. Theres a reason why the reviews left are solely about the owner.
