- DCDeanie CSep 28, 20265.0Had appointment and went in for updated eye exam because I want to order some glasses and wanted to make sure my prescription is up to date. I had been seeing Dr. Marshall, but today he had a "shadow" who turned out to be Dr. Baker, who will be doing the exams in North Charleston now, and Dr. Marshall will be here one day a week. Got checked in and the nurse did the preliminary tests required before seeing the Doctor. Waited about 10 minutes and Dr. Marshall came and took me into the exam room, then Dr. Baker came in and I was introduced to him and told about the new future schedule. We all had a few minutes of conversation and Dr. Marshall asked if I was okay with Dr. Baker doing my exam and then he would double check afterward. I had no problem with Dr. Baker, so he did my complete exam, asked me questions about any prior eye issues, and when he was done, Dr. Marshall came back in and looked over everything and said it looked fine. They printed out my prescription, I paid and was on my way. All the staff was very friendly and professional, the store was very clean, and I feel like they did a great job. I'll continue to go back to them in the future.
