  Worst store with the worst customer service possible. Cant even make sure they call you when your glasses arrive, cut the lenses off center, double charge you, gaslight you and more. Between the store manager, lab tech and regional manager this company is screwed. 10 out of 10 would recommend shopping elsewhere.

  First they forced me to get another retina exam for $39 even though it was not doctor recommended and I had one a few months ago. Plot twist, it was the exact same and had nothing to do with my visit. The sales or desk person (probably told by the owner to be both and force people to pay for more things)told me the owner mandated it, not the doctor. So I will be raising this with my insurance and bank since this was “in network” and required although not medically recommended for me. Then they told me “it’s ok” repeatedly when I asked them to please stop. Because they get to decide what is ok and what is not apparently. Then we got to the glasses and the entire thing was a waste of time because they said they only had lenses that would cost me $202 and $220 starting, with my insurance and those were just the lenses, not even the frames or anti scratch add ons to the lenses. I don’t wear specialty or bi focal lenses so another money grab. Additionally, the doctor told me my eyes were getting worse because of hormones from my recent miscarriage in which he said “sorry about the miscarriage, those usually happen for a good reason thought”. I don’t think I need to say anymore on that. I would rather bring my prescription to Walmart than anywhere near anyone that was working in that establishment today.

  Worst experience ever at this location. Purchased insurance in FL where I purchased original glasses. My sons glasses needed repaired and I paid $50 for a new pair. When I mentioned having 2 pairs now for a backup, the lady that helped us agreed and said yes that was a great idea. The day I went to pick it up new pair, I was asked for the old pair to replace with the new ones. Confused because I was under the impression we would have both pair (one as a backup). I was dismissed and told when your ready the new pair our here and they are already paid for. I asked for the manager explained the situation and she immediately got defensive protecting her staff obviously, but her staff failed to mention I couldn’t keep both pairs of glasses. I was pretty much called a liar and they have over 20yrs experience and know what they are doing so apparently I’m wrong for asking them to honor their employees agreement in keeping both pairs. When I asked for corporate number I was told to go online and find it myself. I called corporate, first customer service rep hung up on me.. called back and was heard, all they sent me was an email on their coverage. That’s not what I asked for. I wanted district/regional manager. This company is a joke. I would gladly go to another company and pay $400 for a new pair and you can keep the $50 because apparently I was explained.. we pay $34.99 for the insurance, then $50 company for a new pair AND THEN they still send to manufacturer to get credit for the glasses so company is getting more money. Keep the $50 and the glasses, I’d rather spend $400+ ANYWHERE ELSE! This will also go to BBB!
