  My husband got his glasses here and recommended it to me. We went in together and were just trying on glasses and the lady was just so rude. She yelled at everyone when they came in asking if anyone has a appointment pretty aggressively and then made multiple comments about “these kids being out of school” if you could just hear her tone she was just so rude! As me and my husband were looking at the glasses on the wall you can hear her right behind us with a customer saying that I guess you will have to share, because they also needed to look in our section. No one greeted us in, no one offered help. Even when me and my husband left nothing. Which I left because I could tell she already had a attitude and I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Horrible first experience here for me.

  We absolutely love this store and the associates. The best customer service always with a smile. Today was the cherry on top. Joe turned a crisis (broken glasses, 13 year old girl, picture day) into a fast solution that made everyone happy. Thank you, Joe, for saving picture day!

  They did the eye exam and helped me pick out my glasses. They were just very friendly to me.

  Service was very friendly and receptive to my needs. Was able to do a lot of research before hand and narrowed ahead of time. Didn't have any issues regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, etc., and was able to leave and come back when my glasses were ready. I had two young children with me and the representatives were very accommodating and friendly towards them. Went on a Saturday morning and didn't have any issues with too many people or parking. Overall, would definitely recommend and/or visit again.

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience! A huge thanks to Katherine who helped me! She was very down to earth, knowledgeable, great and positive attitude, and professional all combined! I wish there were more of her working there! She will be the reason I will be coming back in the future so thank you so much Katherine!! You definitely deserve a shout out and 5 stars!!! Thanks again!
