I didnt like that fact that when I went to look at eyeglasses, I was a little irritated that I was ONLY offer the most expensive options available to purchase. Even after I hesitated, there was no" we have these options avail as well". I was alittle upset about about it and left. Ending up calling back later only to be told they do have other options. Had I been offered other options I may have closed the deal and purchased my eyeglasses, but it felt like, 'if you get them, get them if not, we have another sucker that will."
